Mar D’La Rue offers free shipping on all orders over $ 150.00.
All our jewels are handmade, on request only for you. Our delivery time is 3-7 days after purchase, although most orders will ship within 24 hours. As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email that includes the tracking number of your package. All orders are shipped via UPS from Mar D’La Rue's headquarters in Houston, Texas.
Mar D'La Rue is happy for our customers to return or exchange unused items at full price, solely for an alternative size within 10 days of purchase, this excludes sale items or items marked as final sale , these items cannot be returned. We also offer a 3-month warranty on any item.
For all returns and exchanges, please email info@mardlaruejewelry.com to request
an exchange within 10 days after accepting the delivery of the product and organize the return of the product within 5 days after notification, after those dates returns or exchanges will not be accepted.
For a return of your order, please include the original invoice as well as the parts in their full original packaging. Custom-made items or designs or alterations to any original design upon request are not eligible for return or exchange. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer and we suggest returns via a traceable carrier.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused in its original packaging. Mar D’La Rue will inspect the product or its return and we reserve the right to refuse the exchange if we evaluate that the product is not in the original conditions.
For international exchanges and returns, you must mark in the courier company shipment that the product is for exchange, in order to avoid customs duties and taxes.
Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to return the item to us safely. We cannot be held responsible for any lost items or product damage through the postal service.
